I m suffering from cough in night since 10 days. I was consult with local doctor but no relif..what to do

Take following medicines for 3 days. tab Sinarest 1 tab 2 times a day and tab Azee 500mg 1 tab once daily and tab Pantop-D 1 tab daily empty stomach. Syp. Grilinctus 2 spoon 3 times a day
