Sir, suffering from coughing and noise breathing since 15/03/20. I have attached the document. Baby was suffering from fever and cold on 15/03/2020.

If the symptoms still persist, then I believe you need to get your child be examined by a pediatrician.
It need not be Corona necessarily but can be any respiratory tract infection, so please do not take it lightly
