Hi,  do you have previous history of asthma? If you have asthama, it's better to consult a Pulmonologist or  General physician.

If its more aggravated because of winter's cold wind its more like asthma. Another scenario, if you have lot of sputum (not colorless ) in the morning with the cpugh, get tested for TB.

Asthma- avoid cold wind with proper clothing. Avoid going out very early in the morning.
