My son is 3 n half yrs old.. he has prob of coughing.. can i give him ambrodil-s syrup.. wt is the dose n how many times a day? Pls..

Detail history of cough, dry or wet? Frequency? Fever? Chest examination? After that we can decide regarding medicine Ambrodil alone may not help you much
