Coughing, vomiting, dizzy
I've had a cough for a week, however it's non stop now. I've vomited a number of times and I feel very dizzy. Cannot go more than 45seconds-1 minute without coughing

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection with reflex vomiting secondary to cough. You may need to take antibiotics, dry cough syrup and steam inhalation. Also use strepsils like lozenges for symptomatic relief
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
