Could I be pregnant
I'm 47 years old and I've always had my period on time until last month. I'm now 2 weeks late...I've had my tubes tied for the last 26 years...been real sleepy here lately and a little nausea. Could I still be pregnant even tho the test reads negative

Most likely it's hormonal imbalance because of perimenopausal age. Yes tubal ligation can have 0.1% failure.
