Could I be pregnant?
I usually have severe cramps before period but this time I didn't have any. It was a bit lighter than usually but still heavy. It just ended yet I still feel nauseous and tired and a bit dizzy. I can't walk or run without feeling like I'm going to black out.

Get yourself examined clinically by a gynaecologist. You could be having anemia or something else. Without clinical examination its difficult to say what exactly are u having.
