Couldn't sleep on night
I couldn't sleep on night there is lot of things going round on my head and even if I sleep some of the thoughts are just keep on rotating.should I take any sleeping pills or any suggestions please!

This is called thought rumination and probably you have depression or anxiety. It's better you consult a psychiatrist and get treated accordingly.

Hi if you are under lot of stress this could happen. Try relaxation and meditation. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. Don't take unprescribed medication. Sleep hygiene helps please watch you tube clips by Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS trust on anxiety disorders self help.
Next Steps

Hi, No need for any sleeping pills, it's better to work on the causes( thoughts & emotions) which is hampering your sleep. I would suggest you to consult a Psychologist for therapy where you can discuss everything whatever is bothering you and resolve your issues.
