Counseling for mental health
What can we actually talk about with psychiatric? I once consulted with a psychiatric and i don't feel like my problem heard at all. She didn't even ask a follow up questions AT ALL to clarify her understanding on my problem and offered me a medication right away which she diagnosed me with some disorder. It's like one way communication. She didn't ask question which i was expecting her to give feedback to whatever i was telling her. She almost she almost misdiagnosed me. Later i try to open up more about what i feel about my anxiety issues and she just say, just go to speaking class-END. I didn't feel heard at all and when i finally got the courage to seek a professional help it turned out that suck and it discourage me and i feel wasted
