Asked for Female, 25 Years

My friend is having corona from past 1week and he is having medicine also but he is having trouble in his stomach and having a nausia aa well. He is having some gastric problem as well. He is having gastric med also like pantop DSR but still complaining for stomach and nausia problem. Having a weekness issue as well Kindly suggest what to do. Here is detail of medicine he is taking in addition to it istead of dolo he is having calpol 650 twice a day and darolac OD

As you decribed above, he is having nausea/vomiting. This could be due to the medication and the disease itself. Let him continue the medication and add Antiemetics Tab. Emset 4mg thrice a day. Also I hope he got all the investigations done. If not kindly get it done.
