Covid infection
I got covid in March 4 and was discharged from hospital after 16 days. I got a lung infection detected in ct scan (8/25) which was reduced to (6/25) before discharge. Now it's been almost a month I got back home so how will I know my infection is cleared completely??

Covid infection might have settled by now. Sequelae like fibrosis may be present. It will take some time to come down. Don't worry about the infection part. Do respiratory exercises, incentive spirometry, yoga etc. Monitor the saturation of oxygen after walking or exercise for a fall. .. Covid test if you do now it will be negative only

for your own satisfaction u can Repeat hrct 3-6 months later. But not necessary as pneumonia will resolve and won't worsen. Monitor spo2 if it's declining. Otherwise Just take good protien diet. Pranayam . Steam inhalation. Gradually increase phsycial activity and exercise .
