Covid Isolation - I Had My First Fever On 30Th March. And Covid

I had my first fever on 30th March. And covid positive on 2 April with ct value 16. I again tested on 10 April. And again positive with ct value 24. Can I discontinue my isolation today? Do I need rt pcr test again. But there are no kits in my city because of covid surge. None of the labs are doing test.
