Ct score is 14 so it is possible that you will have to get h admitted at any covid care center with o2facility Co morbidity will also define the course But as he is 60plus  it's better to get admited

Get done CRP, D DIMER, FERRITIN,  LDH if these values are with in normal and ur spo2 is good at room air as u mentioned and continued to be same . Maintain home isolation with medication and respiratory exercises
