Covid positive with new symptoms
No fever Upset stomach Tiredness/fatigue Loss of smell and taste Mild dry cough Fever started on 1st april and then on 5th april it is gone after regular PCM treatment. On 5th April, did covid test RTPCR and it was positive. Today only, he started fatigue, upset stomach and cough symptoms. Currently he is taking: vit c, d, zinc, azithromicin, multi vitamin syrup, and 1 glass of orange juice daily. Should i be worry ? How long it will take to recover? Should he take any other med?
