My uncle is tested covid positive - having cough and body weakness his Spo2 levels are at 90-93 not able to find oxygen or beds - please help or advice

Does he have any co morbidites?
Start breathing exercises and try to get a incentive spirometry if possible and practice it.
Steam inhalation to be done thrice a day.
