This might be covid in the current scenario. Get yourself tested for covid and consult at covid centre. Meanwhile, Wear mask when in front of others, maintain atleast 6 feet distance from others. Ideally get yourself isolated from others to prevent transmission to others, especially elderly. Take vitamin c twice a day, steam inhalation twice a day, warm saline gargles twice a day, paracetamol 500 mg for bodypain, can take over the counter cold-cough medicines. Watch for your Spo2 daily with pulse oximeter (should be above 95). Lastly, do not panic. You are young with only mild symptoms and hopefully would recover fully
