Covid symptoms. Is really covid or not?

Sir, My mother is suffering mild covid symptoms like fever and body pains from last three days. Yesterday we got the CT scan report and report is mild viral pneumonia. Doctor said covid. But we did not go for Covid test. Presently she is using some tablets like ivermectin, dolo 650, zincovit and aspirin and few more. She is saying that she is ok for now. She did not have any breathing issues . But iam very much afraid. My question is that is it better to take medication in home only. And we still doubt the CT scan report that it is really covid or not ? pls tell some thing sir. And is it safe to use the above tablets without the proper covid test.? But all the medicine are suggested by doctor only.
