I am having nasal congestion fever and very light cough with yellow sputum for the past 2 days. i have been taking para and azithro and fever subsides and again comes. i am having normal taste and smell. No diarrhea and No vomitting. My saturation is above 95. If i want to do a covid test, whether i should go for a RT PCR or a CT scan?.

You require a RT PCR for confirming diagnosis. However since you have yellow sputum- it could be bacterial as well. Further testing is required
Next Steps
Kindly consider for a video / audio consult for detailed evaluation / tests to be done and treatment plan modification
