Covid Vaccine during pregnancy
Can vaccine be taken when we are pregnant? I am currently 9 weeks pregnant. Can I take vaccine?will it impact the baby?

Covid vaccine although is not a livee vaccie and hence can be taken in pregnancy...but but... There are no proven studies of it yet...so taking or not there are no clear recommendations on it yet ..

It is not recommended yet. Vaccines (COVISHIED, COVAXIN) are not studied fully in the pregnants and lactating mothers. Although FOGSI has published that, it can be given in specified population, with preparedness to manage adverse effects, it is not recommended by MOHFW.
