Covid19 Rt-pcr
It's been 10 days I lost my sense to taste & smell. From past 3 days i have body pains followed by stomach upset next day. Currently I am fine but my nose is blocked still can't taste or smell anything. I got tested myself for covid rt-pcr & result is negative. Is this report correct ? How accurate rt-pcr is ?

Rt PCR is more correct than the gene expert or any antibody testing. But the Rt PCR results came negative doesn't mean that u may be covid  negative. But instead it means that when u given the sample for the test u were negative or else the viral load has not become enough for u to get postive. Then u may be positive before as of the loss of smell and taste , later if the test was done after 10 days u would have become negative after the covid result came negative.
Next Steps
1..its better to get the covid testing done after the 7 days of the symptoms. 2..Its all about treating the symptoms if at all u r postive 3..so increase the intake of vitamin C , zinc and vitamin D in ur diet. 4..include easily digestible foods.
Health Tips
look for warning signs like breathlessness, cough,  throat pain, loose stools.
