15 months baby having high fever with loose motion. blood has been noticed in stool. What should do? Can I give her cow milk during loose motion?

No...only breast milk allowed..maintain hydration... take ORS, Zinc n probiotics....can take home available less spicy foods like khichri , if blood is there can start an antibiotics

1) Continue Breast feeding. Stop Cow milk for 3-4days 2) Give ORS to drink 3) Give Zinc 4) Continue home based feeds. 5) If there is high fever/blood in stool, you may consider Antibiotic after consulting Pediatrician there
