Sir My MRI report indicates "complex tear of posterior horn in medial meniscus" in left knee" my doctor said just need some P/therapy and I'll be okay, he also said if I want I can to for operation then it can be done. Sir I'm confused please help. Thus this is major problem? My age is 30, if I avoid operation it may lead major problem to my knee j

What you need is to consult an Arthroscopy specialist, since complex tear of meniscus usually requires menisectomy or meniscal repair. Consevative treatment generally hampers day to day activities and at this age you do not want to live a restricted life.
