There isn't sufficient information to reach a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to meet a gynecologist so that you can be evaluated and undergo necessary investigations to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly. The following steps may help in controlling the menstural cramps: - Applying hot water bag over the abdomen or having a hot water shower - Massage therapy with essential oils over the abdomen and lower back has shown to help - Avoid food items such as fatty foods, alcohol, carbonated beverages, caffeine, salty foods - Avoid smoking if you have the habit - Have food items such as chamomile tea, fennel seeds, cinnamon, ginger, etc. If the problem persists or worsens visit the gynecologist at the earliest.
