Cramping, bleeding and nausea but not ut

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I thought I had a uti, had cramping discharge funny smell and blood. Went to the doctor they said I didn't. But tested me for pregnancy cuz the symptoms line up but I have an IUD. Then today I went the bathroom and had wiped more blood and when i looked in the toilet was a large red mass of white and red tissue the size of my thumb nail. And now I am weirded Out? What is that.

Uti doesn't generally present with funny(?) smell,and what do u mean by cramping discharge 😬 And ur IUD stands for,,?intauterine device or intauterine death? No offense, but check before u post. Thanks
