Cramps and bleeding on birth control pil
45 yrs old..take birth control pills continuously..have had severe pelvic cramps for about a week, thkught it was gas and diverticulitis and last night noticed slight brown vaginal discharge..what could it be?

Get an ultrasound done to confirm for the cause,and also get a pap smear done to rule out for any pathology.
