Creating low0.53 , phosphorus high 5.04
Hi,
My mother is 57 years old fit lady, recently her istet passed away due to ANTI GBM disease so she got herself tested for kidney function.
This is the above result and I am little concerned as she has muscle weakness n stiffness. She also has arthritis in low level but her fingers are getting stiff.
Please help how can we go further.

Her Creatinine is on lower range due to low muscle mass and kidney function is normal. phosphorus varies with diet but as long as renal function is normal higher range is not a worry.
Get her early morning urine routine test to better exclude any kidney disease
