CURRENTLY HE IS SUFFERING FROM SHORTNESS OF BREATH.SHOULD WE CONSULT WITH HIS PULMONOLOGIST OR SHOULD WE CONSULT WITH A NEPHROLOGIST? IS IT A SYMPTOM OF KIDNEY DISORDER?
