Creatinine level 4.18
My mother serum creatinine level is 4.18 She used ceftiaxone 1g I.M/ I.V injection Now she is suffering faint Can some one advice which foods is good for her health and which food to be avoid? Serum creatinine 4.18 Blood urea 164 Serum uric acid 7.5 BUN 76 BP normal no diabetes

She needs evaluation for chronic kidney disease..... In general to avoid high salt content, fruits and fruit juices and tender coconut to reduce potassium in the diet. Rest patient needs to be seen in person

The history is not quite clear. Why did she had to be given ceftriaxone ? Was there urinary tract infection ?? Overall picture suggests of chronic kidney disease . Also , there are multiple small gall bladder stone, i recommend you to get the elective cholecystectomy done because multiple stones put her at risk of cholangitis and pancreatitis . As far as diet goes there is a comprehensive renal diet  chart available with dieticians, it includes water restriction upto 2l / day , avoid fruits such as banana, salt restriction etc and all of that has to individualized.
