Cronic Insomnia
Hi Everyone, I am not getting enough sleep from long time. I did have anxiety issues while  in college and I do overthink a lot which disturbed my sleep cycle back then . I'm battling with anxiety n stress for no reason due to which my sleep cycle is gone for a toss. I worry too much n feel like I'm creating problems which doesn't even exist. I don't get proper sleep. It's been 10 years since I got 8 hours of sleep. Now a days I'm able to sleep for 2 to 4 hours max. Need serious help to fix this sleeplessness. Thank you..
