Some time I am not able to walk as uric crystals are creating issue at ankle and bottom feet. If I take zyloric then again this get relaxed. But it's repeating every 6 months. Is there any proper treatment in ayurveda.

Yes I take Maharaasnaadi kaada three tsf twice a day.
Yogaraj guggulu one three times a day.
Guduchi satwa 1/4 tsf once a day with water before food
Avoid bakery food,fastfood,excess masala ,nonveg,spicy oily foods.....
Walk exercise,yoga daily for one hour
