Crown on kids teeth w/o removing cavity.
Is it safe and normal to fit the crown on 2.5 years kid's teeth without cleaning cavity while cavity is enough to damage the teeth.

Crowns are supposed to be put after cleaning the cavity only. There is no point in just placing the crown without cleaning and filling the cavity. You can do a filling if cavity isn't deep or painful. As a child is too young... Visit pedodontist (child dentist) for clinical examination and x ray.
