Cry too often and too much
I would like to believe that I am a strong self aware individual but I some how can't hold back my tears. I have always been called a crying baby since childhood and that's one aspect of my personality that hasn't changed. I cry too often with people I care the most about and also at work with my bosses. After noticing some patterns, I feel like I don't know how to confront at all. Instead of having an unpleasant conversation I find it easier to cry and emote but unfortunately it doesn't get interpreted correctly ever and just further pushes people away. Please help me

See a psychologist that will help you identify the reason of sudden crying behaviour. At times we need some support and believing that other person can give us the same one start getting connected emotionally too. But it is not always helpful .

Crying is a form of release. Those who can get the negative emotions out by crying always saree left with a lighter heart. So i dont think crying is a problem. Crying is confronting your emotions and not allowing any to remain in your heart. Yes crying makes stronger
