My 15months old son having constipation.now he is doing potty with mucus with foul smell and little blood drops and crying during motion.before this one month back he is having lots of rashes on her back and sweating alot at night time.rashes disappeared automatically after going potty.but now after giving antibiotics n all he is not getting much relief still he doing potty soft but crying alot during motion.what we do..in diet..even he is not drinking water properly...any medication to heal his anus wounds.plz suggest

He definitely had dysentery , which had to be treated with a good antibiotic for 7 days.
Then even if she didn’t improve, you have to do a stool routine test and culture test.Maybe the infection is still not fully treated.
