Crying while urinating
From last 2 days my baby was crying while uraniting.bit today when i opened his pants penis top skin was red and light swollen and inside head was red and watery .i am really afraid of my baby condition.please doctor suggest is ther anything serious. I have attached photo please look after it

Hi, it might be due to forceful retraction of prepuce...you didnt mention the age of child..

apply flucort n cream twice a day...do urine routine report...

Give pcm syp as per dose as u don't mentioned weight so dose can't be prescribed. Apply T-bact ointment 3times a day after cleaning
