CT scan Chest COVID POSITIVE
Hello, I have been tested COVID Positive on 29 April 2021 but I am asymptomatic. However I have little cough. Should I go for CT scan chest or not to be on safer side. Please advise. Thanks Rakesh

Don't rush If symptoms increases then only need to do HRCT But close monitoring needed Simple test at home like 6 min walk test should be done. Need more details to evaluate

If u r asymptomatic or mild cough, CT is not advisable as there will be unnecessary radiation exposure

No need to do chest ct if you don’t have breathlessness , just complete ur treatment
