I am having sinusitis issues since quite long which got acute in recent times. So Recently done CT which states the following
Minimal inflammatory mucosal thickening in floor of both maxillary antra and left frontal sinus. Mild inflammatory mucosal thickening in bilateral ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses extending into the drainage pathway.
Nasal septum is relatively central with mild hypertrophy of inferior turbinates. Minimal paradoxical curvature of right middle turbinate.
Would like to understand the treatment of the above stated.
