  4. Cubical tunnel. Make it more bearable?

I am a college athlete and I need to have cubical tunnel surgery on my elbow. I am a senior so I am trying to make it through one more season before I have the surgery. Is there any advice you can give me that will help relieve the pain, numbness and tingling associated with it to make it more bearable?

Take pain modulator. Look of cause of strain on elbow and if possible avoid.
