Cultural shock & reverse cultural shock
I,34,a female,went to Australia from Pakistan and have been there for 3.5 yrs. My muscles and overall health was healthy at that time.But as i stayed the food i used to eat didn't suit me especially meats as they were too smelly compared to my country.I was a regular exerciser and prefered mostly veggies.Meanwhile i noticed my upper body got too skinny compared to the lower.Now when i am in Pakistan my lower body got too less fat that i cant sit on the hard surface.The exercise weakens me more.
