Cure Peptic Ulcer
I was diagnosed with peptic ulcer last year I have consulted gastroenterologist once in three months and he prescribed rabeprazole and anti biotic to curb the growth of h-pylori. One year since then I have been taking rabeprazole 20mg twice daily. Now I couldn't stop consuming rabeprazole as it intensifies the heart burn and stomach ache if not taken for a day. 1. Will there be any side effect consuming rabeprazole for this long period ? 2. Can this be cured completely ? 3. Does it need a lapro to tighten the acid value ? 4. Will lapro cure the ulcer completely and never come back ? Note : I never smoked or consumed alcohol Take non-veg twice in a month(lean meat or fish ) No soft drinks for past one year. Never had coffee

Hello there..... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach... Manage stress. Stress may make your gastritis symptoms worse. Stress may be hard to avoid, but you can learn to cope with it. If you have trouble relaxing, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga.....
