  4. Cut between jaw and throat. With it?

Cut between jaw and throat
I slipped on wet tiles, and while slipping my jaws frictioned with the refrigerator. I got a cut between throat and jaw on the lower left side of the face, just below the jawline. Its a kind of deep cut(not so deep), but no blood is coming. How to deal with it?
