Cycle change
I've had my periods twice in a space of a week. Fist one ended on the 29th of the previous month which was my normal one. On the 5th of the current month I experienced severe abdominal cramps in the afternoon only to discover later in the day that I'm starting my periods again.
Could it be a cycle change or is it something else?

.
Well it looks like you are telling about inter menstrual bleeding...I would suggest you to meet an obstetrician first...it's quite possible that because of strain, stress you are bleeding again.
