Cycling at evening does it damage heart.
Dear Dr. I am 72 yrs old. I underwent bypass heart surgery 14 yrs back. I am hypertensive and diabetic with medication 1 grm Glycophage, Nebicard, Rosuvas 10 and Clopivas.i do stationary cycle 45 mts per day. Earlier i used to cycle during the day but now off late I do it at night 8pm. Someone told me its better not to strain the heart at night and cycle during the day only. I want your advice on this. Also i want to know timing of my medication ..nebicard in the morning and rosuvas at night. I
