Cylindrical -0.75 and -1
My husband's prescription says -0.75 and -1 cylindrical, axis 180 both. Should I need to wear glass all the time? Or is it ok to wear during the work hours alone? He prefers to use only during work. Please advise.

There is no no need to wear glass all the time but in this type power there is usually complaints of headache & eyestrain but if there is no this type of problem , you may escape using glass all the time.
