My right eye power is Cyl=-0.25,axis=5 and left eye power is CYL=0.5,axis=180.My age is 26.so if I don't wear glasses then it will increase or not.

If you wwar glasses, you would be able to see clearer and will not have a headache.
If your cornea is okay.
Your number should not increase, if you dont wear ur glasses
