Cylindrical power -2.75D
My left eye power got increased to -6.75D out of which cylindrical power is -2.75D and spherical power is -4.00 D . My right eye power is also almost same . Axis is 6/6 . Is it a serious eye health concern?

Hello Ideally power should not increase at this age..if this is still increasing then we must evaluate you closely. Power as mentioned in this query is not serious provided other parameters are normal

It depends on the amount of increase.  Given with the power you specified wouldn't be much of a problem . But regular check ups and if cylindrical power is increasing , we need to make sure that the cornea is stable.  So keep your records handy always and get rechecked in 6 months.  If it is not increasing you are all fine.  If it keeps increasing you might need further investigations as specified by your doctor to check stability of cornea
