What is the axis = 05 in the left eye prescription. In right eye prescription my axis is 175 and in left eye it is 05 .I have attached my prescription below .

Eye power can be of spherical type or cylindrical type. While the spherical power does not have an axis, the cylindrical power acts at a particular axis. That it 5 and 175 in your case in either of your eyes.

You have a cylindrical number 0.75 in both eyes. Cylindrical number is always at a particular axis. In your case the axis is 175° in right eye and 5° in left eye.
