Cyst acne on chin & neck, painful & ugly

Asked for Female, 28 Years

D dermatologist, some 2 years back in lucknow city gave me some pills and face wash for this problem. Face wash was papulex gel and pills name, I don't rmbr. All I rmbr the tablets were oval in shape and were brownish red in color. Lost the prescription,can someone please tell me what could be the medicine as it was quite effective or otr medicine?
