Cyst of axilla since 1.5 month
What happens if a long standing painless cyst in the axilla which had pus discharge earlier,  but remains of same size and starts getting fibrosed?

Most likely it's a sebaceous cyst. It's harmless unless it's infected. It's always better to get it removed to avoid the recurrent infections and pain.
