Cyst on my scrotum skin?
I have these blackish cyst type things on my scrotum skin. Should I be concern or it'll go away on its own? Please find pictures attached.

These are harmless skin outgrowths which need to be removed by procedures if it is a concern for you ,they do not self heal.Please take a consultation for examination and further management.

It’s angiokeratoma of Fordyce.They are symptomless . It’s a benign vascular telangiectasia in the papillary dermis. Consult online for further help
