Dad getting cough after cataract
My dad is coughing little bit after cataract operation today and some water coming from nose. Is it normal , and he doesn't have any fever. We are worried as he is old. He is sleeping almost all the day after cataract operation happened today. They asked us to use dolo 650 if required we used it.

There is no direct relation with cough and cataract....but when you put drops it enter in throat via nasolacrimal duct....which some time leads to coughing in pateint
Next Steps
when putting drops press on nasal side (lower puncta) this will prevent medication coming in throat leading to cough
